Delivery

Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 3-5 working days from the moment your order has made. Our processing time is between 10-15 working days. Express processing time of 5 days is available on some services.
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays).
Standard Delivery is £8, We recommend opting for special next day delivery with royal mail for all UK clients which takes approximately 1-2 working days (if you order before 3pm noon!) £10.00.
Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

Special next day delivery is available Monday to Thursday for orders placed before 3pm.
Special next day delivery is excluded on weekends and public holidays.
Special next day delivery is shipped out the Next working Day once your order has been processed/made depending on the service you opted for. Delivery costs £10

DHL Express is available Monday to Friday and takes 3-5 working days from the moment your order has been paid . Under Normal services which takes 5-10 working days. For the wig to be made. Under express services which takes 3-5 working days. For the wig to be made.

Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and. A signature may be required upon receipt.
International Delivery costs £40-£50
Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient.
Kaddysempire is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.

You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order please email us on hello@kaddysempire.com
We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier in some cases
