– We cannot accept returns on used and damaged product, except in the case of defect. In such cases, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
– Please note that returns for custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Return Process

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
– You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
– Please ensure you provide your order number, name, and contact information when contacting our customer support team.
– Once you have received the return authorization number, please carefully pack the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and any other materials provided.
– Ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
– Please ensure the product is insured during shipment, as Kaddy’s Empire cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
– It is recommended to use a shipping method that provides tracking information, to ensure timely processing of your return.

3. Refund Policy

– Once we receive your returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.
– Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days after receipt of the returned product.
– If you have used a gift card or store credit for your purchase, the refund will be issued as a store credit.

4. Exceptions

– In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the product or offering a refund at our discretion.
– Please note that custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds, as stated earlier.
